Account Manager 

 

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, innovative and high energy individual to take on the role of Account Manager. This is a Mid-Level position and the ideal candidate is expected to manage and maintain both new and existing partnerships. You will be a trusted “advisor”, delivering superior client service, assisting partners with our platform and ensuring they receive maximum value from our solution throughout their lifecycle.   The role will be based in our NYC office. 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify business needs and improve upon our existing approaches to partner engagement and account management leveraging our platform
  • Liaison between internal sales and partners to manage expectations and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage all pre-planning and post-sale activities through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution
  • Develop a trusted relationship with partners to ensure goals are aligned from a business strategy perspective and metrics for success are identified
  • Serve as the advocate for the partner and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize the relationship, value and retention
  • Constantly assess partner needs and perform “health checks” to drive satisfaction, adoption, retention and reduce churn
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product and services to ensure our partners receive the most relevant features/functionality for their specific requirements
  • Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to identify and track enhancement requests
  • Handle escalations and work across all teams to resolve issues
  • CRM Management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on market and industry trends
  • Achieve revenue and growth targets 

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related studies
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or relationship management, representing enterprise software with an exceptional track record of managing metrics and achieving targets
  • Demonstrated and verifiable track record in leading the entire software sales life cycle
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Experienced building relationships with C-Level executives within large organizations
  • Must be conversationally fluent within the domain of financial technology
  • Very detail oriented, highly analytical, problem solver
  • Extraordinary judgment and composure in high-pressure situations
  • Positive mindset
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency in executing and delivering
  • Start-up mentality- not afraid to roll up sleeves
  • Comfortable working in an environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to travel frequently for conferences and partner meetings

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, talented and innovative individual to take on the role of Head of Enterprise Sales. This is a Senior Level position and the ideal candidate is expected to lead the formation and execution of a comprehensive, strategic and revenue-producing sales plan.   This individual will have experience managing a team and selling financial software into the broker-dealer, banking or insurance segments.  As a key player in the organization, the Head of Enterprise Sales will work collaboratively with the sales, support and technology teams to deliver robust customer solutions and achieve revenue and growth targets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify business needs and areas of improvement for the sales channel
  • Analyze sales data to establish quotas and goals
  • Create a sales plan to serve as a roadmap for growth objectives

  • Maximize sales team efforts and foster senior level relationships

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales management representing enterprise software with an exceptional track record of managing metrics and achieving targets

We are looking for a stellar quantitative developer who can work on our core advice engine. The role will involve working in a great mix of subjects including finance, probability, non-linear optimization, and machine learning. The candidate will be working with a great team of highly competent, diverse and international developers, product managers and subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong functional and object-oriented programming skills (F# and C#. Experience in other functional languages considered)
  • Strong experience building financial models

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to take on the role of Data Analyst (Finance/Marketing/Business Intelligence).  The data scientist will lead advanced analytical research and development.  This is a highly technical role that requires analytical aptitude intellectual curiosity and the ability to communicate results effectively. The role will be based in our NYC office. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements for reporting needs and translate into technical requirements (needs to derive from finance, sales, marketing and product)
  • Simplify, standardize, and sanitize tables and data
  • Control data definitions in systems, maintain schemas
  • Ability to document, articulate, and train stakeholders on data/field technicians
  • Develop and manage SOP’s around data input and maintenance, ensuring “clean” practices with proactive and reactive controls
  • Design and maintain schemas for centralized data repository, working in tandem with Product Management
  • Define technical requirements for ETL
  • Build reports that can be run repeatedly, with quality data results and minimal maintenance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on market and industry trends

 

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience with data manipulation
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Systems: HubSpot, AWS (Athena, Lambda), Stripe, SaaSOptics, Amplitude, Python
